Beauty Breakdown: Academy Awards 2015
That's a wrap! Award season has now come to an end, & we have seen some great beauty looks along the way. Stars shined at The Golden Globes and stunned at the SAG Awards. I think that they really saved some of the most glamorous looks for this years Oscars. We'll break down some of our favorite looks of the night, and how you can get the enviable looks at home!
The red carpet this year was accompanied by bold lips! Our favorite of the night? Margot Robbie nailed it!
She kept her overall look simple (a blonde lob, matte foundation, subtle eyes), which makes it really easy to recreate this look at home! Lupita Nyong'o brought a cool girl glam look to the red carpet last night! With a little twist on your typical smoky eye, her makeup artist opted for cool, pearlescent tones for the eyes to perfectly accent her stunning dress!
Use our Lasting Cream Eyeshadow in Sugared Almond to create that dewy silver base. Choose silver and gray tones for the shadow, such as Cloud Nine, Lava, and Silver Dollar. The Pro Pen Eyeliner in Sharp Black will create that precise definition along the eyes. Top your lashes with Mascara Primer and Wicked Lash Mascara in Black. For an extra fun look, try out our False Lashes, available in three different styles: Demi, Dramatic, or Lengthening.
